ORAL SURGERY

Oral surgery is often performed in a dental office setting, under local anesthesia, with minimal recovery time. Oral Surgery can range from routine procedures such as tooth extractions and implant placement to more complex jaw realignment surgeries and emergency care for facial trauma.

LINGUAL BRACKET SYSTEM

DENTAL IMPLANTS

 

A dental implant is a small post-like device made of titanium or titanium zirconium. Surgically placed in the jaw bone to replace missing tooth root. When healed the dental implant acts as a strong base anchor the artifical tooth.

‘Tiggle bracket is’ used for lingual orthodontic treatment.

Because the device is attached to the inner surface of the teeth, orthodontic treatment can be performed without others noticing.

Since 1993, Dr.Jung has visited many places, among which are Germany, Switzerland, and Sweden, to train dental implantology. He completed the Oral & Maxillofacial surgery program in 1996. In 2004, Dr.Jung received training in Periodontics and Prosthodontics at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. After completion of his program, Dr. Jung has claimed adjunct professorship and enjoys teaching students at the University of Michigan school of dentistry. Furthermore,  Dr. Jung has successfully completed the GP Orthodontics program in Garland, Texas in 2017. 

 

 Dr.Jung has given many lectures at international Implant conferences. Moreover, Dr. Jung holds the prestigious status as Diplomate of American Board of  Prosthodontics, Diplomate of American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry, Fellow membership of American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and Diplomate of Korean Board of Oral& Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr.Jung is a member of the Texas Dental Association and American Dental Association. Furthermore, Dr.Jung has published many articles in Implant related international journals.
